CNRIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASQ2, RBMS3, and COX7A1. Each is linked with CNRIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNRIP1 versus CASQ2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
