CNRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P6, RNU6-1292P, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with CNRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P6 grouped by CNRIP1-low versus CNRIP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
