Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNPY2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNPY2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CNPY2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNPY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where CNPY2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
