CNPY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, RPL35AP22, and PGAM1P13. Each is linked with CNPY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY2-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by CNPY2-low versus CNPY2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
