Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNPY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P59, RN7SL643P, and SRIP1. Each is linked with CNPY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY1-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P59 grouped by CNPY1-low versus CNPY1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
