CNOT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, RNU2-47P, and RNA5SP222. Each is linked with CNOT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT8-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by CNOT8-low versus CNOT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
