CNOT6L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT6L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Rab25, and ASNS. Each is linked with CNOT6L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT6L-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CNOT6L-low versus CNOT6L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
