CNOT6L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,292 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT6L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Protein modification by small protein removal, and RNA destabilization. Each is linked with CNOT6L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT6L-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of organelle assembly grouped by CNOT6L-low versus CNOT6L-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
