Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT6L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNOT6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF9, DPRX, and PFN3. Each is linked with CNOT6L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT6L-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF9 grouped by CNOT6L-low versus CNOT6L-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
