CNOT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, LINC02509, and RNA5SP47. Each is linked with CNOT6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT6-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by CNOT6-low versus CNOT6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
