CNOT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf48, SNRPD2, and CAND1. Each is linked with CNOT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT3-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT3 versus C19orf48 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
