CNOT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 722 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B, TTC19, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with CNOT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT3-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B grouped by CNOT3-low versus CNOT3-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
