CNOT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,536 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT2, PRMT1, and ENPP4. Each is linked with CNOT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT2-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT2 versus CCT2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
