CNOT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are COTL1P2, RNU1-17P, and MIR615. Each is linked with CNOT11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT11-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COTL1P2 grouped by CNOT11-low versus CNOT11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
