CNOT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPHB5, C1orf185, and KRTAP22-2. Each is linked with CNOT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT11-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPHB5 grouped by CNOT11-low versus CNOT11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
