CNOT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, ALDH6A1, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with CNOT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT10-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by CNOT10-low versus CNOT10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
