Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNNM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNNM3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher CNNM3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNNM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, HNSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CNNM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
