Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, 4E-BP1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CNNM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM3-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM3 results are reported.
