Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNNM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,633 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Magnesium ion homeostasis, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with CNNM3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM3-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM3 results are reported.
