CNNM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNNM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, TAFA1, and TAS2R60. Each is linked with CNNM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM3-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM7 grouped by CNNM3-low versus CNNM3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
