CNNM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHC3, RPL5, and RPS6. Each is linked with CNNM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM2-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM2 versus PHC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
