CNNM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,136 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC6, STOX1, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with CNNM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM2-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM2 versus DNAJC6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
