CNN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMM8A, ENAH, and FHL3. Each is linked with CNN3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN3-to-partner and partner-to-CNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNN3 versus TIMM8A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
