CNN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,454 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, TGFB1I1, and ZEB1. Each is linked with CNN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN3-to-partner and partner-to-CNN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNN3 versus TIMP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
