Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN2P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNN2P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC7A5, CLPX, and ASNS. Each is linked with CNN2P9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN2P9-to-partner and partner-to-CNN2P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN2P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN2P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
