Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNN1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CNN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CNN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
