CNN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, VCL_S795, and SMTN. Each is linked with CNN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN1-to-partner and partner-to-CNN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNN1 versus VCL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
