CNN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,863 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, ACTA2, and AOC3. Each is linked with CNN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN1-to-partner and partner-to-CNN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNN1 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
