CNN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, SKA1, and DONSON. Each is linked with CNN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNN1-to-partner and partner-to-CNN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by CNN1-low versus CNN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
