CNKSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNKSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNKSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, OXA1L, and CCNB2. Each is linked with CNKSR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNKSR2-to-partner and partner-to-CNKSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by CNKSR2-low versus CNKSR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNKSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNKSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
