CNIH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNIH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNIH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR299, RNU6-61P, and MTND1P33. Each is linked with CNIH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNIH3-to-partner and partner-to-CNIH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR299 grouped by CNIH3-low versus CNIH3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNIH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNIH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
