CNIH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNIH3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 807 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNIH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP6, SEPHS1, and EXOC1. Each is linked with CNIH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNIH3-to-partner and partner-to-CNIH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP6 grouped by CNIH3-low versus CNIH3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNIH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNIH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
