CNIH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNIH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R69P, MIR6507, and OR5L1. Each is linked with CNIH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNIH2-to-partner and partner-to-CNIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R69P grouped by CNIH2-low versus CNIH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
