Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNIH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,262 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, KPNA2, and GPR21. Each is linked with CNIH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNIH1-to-partner and partner-to-CNIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNIH1 versus CDKN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.
