CNGA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIAS, CHAF1A, and RANGAP1. Each is linked with CNGA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA4-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIAS grouped by CNGA4-low versus CNGA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
