CNGA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNGA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALHM4, NPSR1, and KRTAP12-3. Each is linked with CNGA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA4-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CALHM4 grouped by CNGA4-low versus CNGA4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
