CNGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, MSANTD3, and ENO1. Each is linked with CNGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA1-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
