Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNDP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNDP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CNDP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNDP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where CNDP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
