Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDP1, TRAPPC8, and RELCH. Each is linked with CNDP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP2-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNDP2 versus CTDP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
