Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEKT5, CHAF1B, and SLBP. Each is linked with CNDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP2-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEKT5 grouped by CNDP2-low versus CNDP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
