Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CNDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP2-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP2 results are reported.
