CNDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIM_S214, CNDP2, and PHYHIPL. Each is linked with CNDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNDP1 versus VIM_S214 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
