Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,048 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF15, RHOJ, and ABCA8. Each is linked with CNDP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNDP1 versus ARHGEF15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
