Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, C-Raf, and Ku80. Each is linked with CNDP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNDP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by CNDP1-low versus CNDP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
