CMTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDC3, DIABLO, and NOC2L. Each is linked with CMTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTR2-to-partner and partner-to-CMTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDC3 grouped by CMTR2-low versus CMTR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
