CMTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Paxillin, Cyclin-B1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CMTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTR2-to-partner and partner-to-CMTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Paxillin grouped by CMTR2-low versus CMTR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
