CMTR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,508 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IST1, NFAT5, and ATXN1L. Each is linked with CMTR2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTR2-to-partner and partner-to-CMTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTR2 versus IST1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
