CMTM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, TTTY2, and RNA5SP86. Each is linked with CMTM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM7-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by CMTM7-low versus CMTM7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
