CMTM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with CMTM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM4-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
