CMTM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 497 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, MIR6803, and CHEK1. Each is linked with CMTM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM3-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by CMTM3-low versus CMTM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
